The situation
Naperville Realty had a strong agent roster and a steady flow of buyer-side business, but their listings pages were thin, slow, and invisible on Google. Sellers in Lisle, Warrenville, and Woodridge were landing on competitor sites before they ever saw a Naperville Realty listing.
What we changed
We rebuilt the listings experience around three things that sellers and search engines both reward: clean neighborhood pages with local market context, structured listing pages that load under two seconds on phone, and an on-page lead path that prompts a listing inquiry the moment a visitor shows intent. Each agent got a personal landing page that funnels organic and paid traffic into the same dashboard.
The result
Seller-side form submissions doubled within the first quarter, and organic traffic to the listings pages grew month-over-month without any paid amplification. The brokerage now fields listing inquiries from suburbs they had not actively marketed to before.
What we learned
- For suburban real-estate SEO, the long tail of "selling a home in [town]" beats generic brokerage keywords every time.
- Listings pages are the most under-priced asset a brokerage has online. Most treat them as static, but they are the funnel.
- One unified lead inbox — even a shared email — is a bigger leverage point than a multi-step CRM rollout.
