The situation
Heritage Rescue runs a 24/7 emergency-response operation across the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. Their previous website was a static brochure that sat behind a contact form. The owner knew that every minute a customer spent filling out fields was a minute they spent calling the next shop on Google.
What we changed
We rebuilt the site as a single-page speed-to-lead machine: a click-to-call hero, geo-targeted service pages for each suburb (Aurora, Naperville, Romeoville, Bolingbrook, Joliet), and a quote form that auto-fires the prospect a confirmation text within eight seconds. Every page event — call clicks, form submits, scroll depth — pipes into one dashboard so the owner can see the day's pipeline before lunch.
The result
Over the first 90 days after launch, inbound phone calls tripled compared to the same window the prior year, and the quote form became the second-largest source of booked jobs. The owner stopped asking whether the marketing was working and started asking which suburbs to expand into next.
What we learned
- For an emergency-service operator, the click-to-call button is the highest-leverage element on the page. It must be visible at first paint on mobile.
- Speed-to-lead text confirmation raises booked-job rate far more than a fancy CRM.
- One dashboard beats three. The owner reads the same number every morning.
